  • Specialty coffee – from coffee cherry to the roasted coffee bean

  • Buying and storing coffee

  • Correct dosing, tamping and grinder adjustments

  • De-mystifying coffee recipes

  • Coffee extraction - the signs you are looking for to know you are extracting your espresso correctly

  • Texturing silky smooth milk of the correct temperature

  • Learning how to prepare two black coffees – espresso and long black – and 2 whites - flat white and cappuccino

  • Introduction to basic latte art

  • ·Espresso machine basics, correct cleaning and preventative maintenance for your machine and grinder.

Course duration: 3 hours. Recommencing in February 2024 and run monthly on the second Wednesday of every month thereafter between 5.30 and 8pm. We will be in contact to book in a course time once you have purchased.
