Espresso Blend Description

This single origin Colombian uses fermented molasses made from sugarcane to remove the caffeine, leaving the bean and its flavours pure. The process even enhances the natural sugars of the bean, accentuating the stewed plum flavour and balancing the dark chocolate and tangy notes. With Sin, you can enjoy a juicy-bodied coffee with a smooth, buttery finish, all without the caffeine.

Sugarcane process – Castillo varietal based in Southern Huila, Colombia. Grown at altitudes of 1300 MASL.

This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
