Espresso Blend Description

Washed and natural process Colombian beans are roasted separately and then blended to ensure the complexities of the natural process beans and the clean, bright notes of the washed process beans are celebrated. The washed Colombian brings a smooth chocolate note and fruity acidity. The natural Colombian brings a slightly more malted chocolate note, brown sugar and its own fruit tang. When blended the two chocolate flavours combine to provide a tasting note reminiscent of milo. Whilst the brown sugar and fruity acidity work together to produce a stunning caramelised apple and ripe black cherry notes. A final note of red currant balances the sweetness and completes the cup.
